E Pave is a permeable road & hardstand construction system for use in areas with poor soil conditions. The Ecoflex Unit serves as a containment device that enables a high strength sub base to be constructed from a single or double layer arrangement of car or truck units. The unique engineering characteristics of the Ecoflex Unit serve to spread load surcharge far better than traditional road building materials.

E Pave has been introduced with outstanding success to underground mines roads in the Hunter Valley. The wet, soft sub-grades present in mines are susceptible to degradation under heavy equipment and relocation of longwall equipment. E Pave provides a cost-effective means of road repair. Similarly, E Pave provides a system for access roads in poor soil conditions, for temporary roads, for erosion control systems, for creek crossing and a host of related agricultural and rural civil engineering projects
.
E Pave offers a number of advantages:
High structural load - in underground mines roads E Pave serves mines bulldozers weighing in excess of 100 tonnes.

High drainage - the Ecoflex system allows water to drain naturally without affecting the strength of the overall structure.

Immediate use - E Pave can be laid over virtually any surface, wet or dry. The technology allows roads to be built as you move forward - similar to laying railway tracks.

Reduced environmental impact in construction and in construction footprint to achieve a given load strength.
